Why should I use a law firm instead of a collection agency?
A collection agency can only ask a debtor to pay, but an attorney can use the legal system to "force" a debtor to pay. Remember only an attorney can file a lawsuit on your behalf. In fact it is illegal for other to do so. Why retain a collection agency only to find out that a debtor refuses to pay and that the services of an attorney is needed.
